The Indians went into the locker room with a 46-33 lead at the half. With a 12-2 run at the beginning of the second half, they cruised to the 21-point victory.
Trailing 38-29 at the break, the Indians battled back to take a 65-63 advantage after a pair of made free throws by Dayveun Anderson (Tupelo) with 6.4 seconds left in the game.
The Indians kicked off a busy three games in four days with a big win over Stillman College’s junior varsity team to improve to 7-1 Monday night at the Davis Event Center.
