CLARKSDALE – The Indians held the Tigers to two points in the final 12 minutes, 32 seconds of the second half to pull away for a 65-38 win on Thursday.
The Indians snuck into halftime with a 29-26 advantage before outscoring the Tigers 36-12 to pick up the win to help keep their postseason hopes alive.
Ma'Darius Hobson scored a game-high 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Indians on the night. Travonta Doolittle added 10 points in the win.
Jordan O'Neal led Coahoma with 16 points.
