FULTON, Miss. - Freshman Akeem Kirkwood (Weir) picked up his fifth double-double of the season by scoring 23 points and grabbing 11 rebounds in the Indians' 85-74 win over the Cardinals.
Cartisco Brown (Indianola) went 13 of 15 from the free throw line, including going 8 of 10 down the stretch, and scored a career-high 21 points to help secure the victory. Ma'Darius Hobson (Houlka) added 17 in the win.
