Halums, Brown selected to the MACJC North All-State team

FULTON, MS - Freshman Brian Halums (Hollandale) and sophomore Charles Brown (New Orleans, LA) were named to the MACJC Men's All-State team on Monday.
Halums averaged 17.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game to be named as a member of the First Team. Brown, a MACJC All-Star selection, averaged 12.2 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game to earn a spot on the Second Team. He was also named MVP of the All-Star game.
The duo helped lead the Indians to a 11-12 overall record and the opening round of the MACJC State Tournament.
Halums was a NJCAA All-Region 23 First Team selection. Brown was named MVP of the Men's All-Star game.
