ICC to host Rumble on the River, January 3

FULTON, MS – Itawamba Community College will be the site for the first-ever Rumble on the River Classic on Saturday, January 3 at the Davis Event Center.
The 16-team Classic will feature high school boys' basketball programs from Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee with Itawamba AHS and Carbon Hill (AL) tipping the event off at 9:30 while Tupelo and Melrose (TN) will wrap up the day at 8:00 p.m.
Saltillo will take on Dora (AL) at 11:00 a.m.; Shannon and Minor (AL) will square off at 12:30 p.m.; Pontotoc and Cordova (AL) will play at 2:00; Baldwyn and Covington (TN) will tangle at 3:30; Pearl will play Sumter Central (AL) at 5:00; and Aberdeen and Midfield (AL) will tip at 6:30.
Admission will be $7.00 for a day-long pass while children five and under will get in free. Concessions will be available throughout the day.
