FULTON, MS – Some of the college's best and brightest declared for the draft that was held at the Davis Event Center media room Wednesday afternoon for the first-ever Red and Blue Shootout on Thursday, February 6 in conjunction with the annual Breast Cancer Awareness Night.

Team #LetsGoRed will be coached by former Indians head basketball coach and current PACE Director Marty Cooper and will consist of Mande Miller, Clay McNutt, Emily Tucker, Ken Bishop and Dana Hale.

Team #LetsGoBlue will be coached by for Lady Indians head basketball and softball coach and current Athletic Director Carrie Ball-Williamson and will feature Mary Sue Boggs, Nathan Ward, Cheryl Ware, Larry Boggs and Tim Senter.

Each team will select a member to shoot a lay-up, free throw, two-point baseline shot, three pointer and half-court shot and the team with the most points at the end of the contest will win the first-ever Red and Blue Shootout. In the event of a tie, both coaches will shoot a trick shot of their choice.

Fans can vote via Twitter by sending a tweet using the hashtag designated for their favorite team directed at @LetsGoICC and the team with the most fan votes will earn a bonus shot during the contest.

The Red and Blue Shootout will take place during halftime of the Lady Indians' game against Northwest Mississippi Community College as part of the Community Relations Department "Pack the House Night" and the ICC Foundation's Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night festivities.

ICC will host honor members of the college's highly successful PACE Program while the ICC Alumni Association will sponsor free admission to the games with your by presenting your current Alumni Association membership card at the door.

All proceeds from the event will go to Breast Cancer Awareness programs in the North Mississippi area. Free admission to the games will be given to breast cancer survivors and their families.
