FULTON, Miss. – Sophomores Terry Williams (Southaven) and Dan Ellington (Olive Branch) were named to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Football All-America teams on Tuesday.

Williams, a UT-Martin commit, earned a spot on the First Team NJCAA All-America team after finishing his illustrious career in Fulton with a record-setting 1,095 yards receiving to become the Indians' all-time leading receiver as a sophomore. He had 9 touchdowns and 79 catches while averaging 121.7 yards per game and 13.9 yards per catch. The Southaven alum returned 6 kickoffs for 191 yards and a touchdown, averaging 31.8 yards a return. Other honors this season includes: Street & Smith's Yearbooks Super Sophomore Preseason Team, NJCAA All-Region 23 Team, Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) First Team All-State and JCGridiron All-America Team.

Williams was a Second Team NJCAA All-American as a freshman and is the fourth player to earn back-to-back NJCAA All-America honors, joining the ranks of Jerome Williams (1991-92), Jason Ferguson (93-94) and Pernell McPhee (2007-08).

Ellington, a Georgia State commit, was named to the NJCAA All-America Second Team after throwing for 3,211 yards and 27 touchdown with 8 interceptions on 230 of 353 passing while rushing for 392 yards and 8 touchdowns on a team-high 111 carries as a sophomore. He is the first ICC quarterback to throw for over 3,000 yards in a single season. [Ellington's Career Stats]
