FULTON, MS – Former ICC football standout Darius White signed an undrafted free agent deal with the Indianapolis Colts on Monday.

In 2013, the Grenada native was rated the country's top junior college defensive back by JC Gridiron after his sophomore season with the Indians. That season, he was named MACJC All-State after recording 53 tackles, a team-high six interceptions returned for a total of 63 yards with at least one pick in the last four games of the season, 10 pass breakups and 0.5 tackles for loss (-1 yard) to help the Indians finish 6-4 and earned its first playoff appearance since 2007.

White recorded 26 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss (-5 yards) and six pass breakups as a freshman.

After two seasons with the Indians, the three-star recruit signed with the Cal football program.

He emerged as a full-time starter his senior season where he compiled a team-best three interceptions while totaling 59 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss (-9 yards), 11 passes defended, eight pass breakups, a team-high tying one fumble recovery and one forced fumble.

White finished his junior the season with 28 tackles, one interception and three pass breakups despite missing training camp and the first two games of the season due to injury.

He finished his career in Berkeley with 87 tackles, 15 passes defended and 11 pass breakups. He had one interception in four different games, once as a junior against Stanford and three times as a senior against San Diego State, at Washington and at Oregon. He returned his pick against the Huskies back for a career-high 21 yards.

The 6'0, 180-pound cornerback earned fourth-team preseason All-Pac-12 honors from Phil Steele and was named Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in Cal's 30-24 victory at Washington.
