Dylan Earnest

Dylan Earnest enters his first season as assistant baseball coach at ICC after spending two seasons as a graduate assistant at Blue Mountain College. 

Earnest played two seasons (2012-13) with Collier and the Indians. He finished his sophomore season with a 7-4 record with six complete games and one shutout. He allowed just 53 hits in 83.1 innings while striking out 91 and compiling a sparkling 1.08 ERA to earn All-State and All-Region honors.

He threw 68.0 innings with a 4.37 ERA and 71 strikes outs for a 5-3 record to help lead the Indians to the semifinals of the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament as a freshman.

Earnest signed with Southeastern Louisiana University before finishing his career at Blue Mountain College. Earnest earned four letters each in baseball and football at Hamilton High School and was named a Louisville Slugger All-American while earning All-State and All-District honors.

He is married to the former Katlyn Whitehead of Cullman, Alabama.
