FULTON, MS – The ICC baseball team had two honorees on the 2016 Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) All-State team. Sophomore left fielder Timothy Rowe and freshman shortstop Delvin Zinn were amongst the 24 players selected for this year's honors.

Rowe (Hernando) led the team in total bases (115), RBI (48), runs (46), extra base hits (26), doubles (16), on-base percentage (.465), slugging percentage (.676) and was tied with for team-best in triples (2). His .418 batting average led the way with players with more than 100 at-bats on the season.

During the course of the season, Rowe never went back-to-back games without recording a hit. He only went six of 44 games played without recording at least one hit and had a team-best 21 games with multiple hits.

Zinn (Pontotoc) finished the season leading the Indians with 72 hits in the leadoff position while stealing a team-best seven bases. He was second amongst players with more than 100 at-bats with a .411 batting average and was second on the team with a .464 on-base percentage. He finished the season with 34 RBI in a team-high 175 at-bats.

During the season, Zinn only had six of 45 games played without a hit and had 16 games with multiple hits.

The MACJC All-State selections are made by the MACJC head coaches.
