FULTON, MS – Timothy Rowe went four-for-five with a pair of doubles and six RBIs to help the Indians sweep Calhoun with an 11-5 Game 2 win on Saturday.

"Rowe was seeing the ball well today," said Coach Rick Collier. "He did a great job being patience at the plate and working himself into good counts."

Trailing 4-0 after the top of the second, the Indians (2-0, 0-0 MACJC) rallied to plate four runs in the bottom half of the inning on a two-run double by Brayden Owen (Tupelo) and a two-run single by Rowe (Hernando).

ICC hung another four spot on the board in the bottom of the third on a two-run single by Dalton Hudspeth (Louisville) a bases-loaded walk issued to Owen, and an RBI single by Rowe.

Rowe gave the Indians a six-run lead with a two-run double plating Bryce Williams (Ridgeland) and Tanner Poole (Amory) in the sixth.

The Indians totaled 10 hits in the win with Hudspeth adding a pair of singles to Rowe's four-hit performance.

Jonas White (Olive Branch) picked up the win giving up four runs, all earned, on eight hits and two walks with one strikeout in four innings of work while Trenton Stringer (Stringer) closed the door on the Warkhawks after giving up one unearned earn on two hits over three innings.

"Our guys did a good job for us on the mound today," said Collier. "They battled all game long against a tough lineup from top to bottom."

ICC will travel to Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to take on NAIA for Williams Baptist College on Monday.
