DECATUR, AL - Trailing 1-0, Ethan Gill (Pontotoc) double and scored on a single to left by Gable Butler (Tishomingo) to tie the game before taking the lead when Andy Bowman (Memphis, TN) scored on a Calhoun error after a single by Austin Welch (Hamilton).

The Indians tacked on a trio of insurance runs in the top of the seventh when a bases-loaded double by Luke Gibbs (Oxford) scored Gill, Butler and Russ Johnson (Hatley).

Jackson State got a run back in the bottom half of the inning before Brady Chambley (Winona) closed the door on the rally to pick up the complete game victory.

Gill went 2-for-3 as the Indians managed five hits in the win.
