“You could tell one team had played six games and the other was playing their first game of the season,” said ICC skipper Rick Collier. “That’s still not an excuse. You have to be ready to go from the start and we just didn’t make the outs or get the hits when we needed them.”
“We are very excited about getting Gable,” said Collier. “He is one of the best outfielders that we’ve seen. He ranked very high on every aspect of the game at the state game tryouts. He has great speed, a great arm, great instincts when he’s out there and he can swing a pretty good bat also.”
“These guys are big signees for our program next season,” said Collier. “Tanner is one of the top outfielders in the area and that’s going to be a key spot we are looking to fill for next season and Destin is a good two-way player with the ability to be live arm on the mound and giving you a solid glove at third.”
