His first day as SID, he helped the men’s soccer team earn a spot on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10 Plays at
No. 6 when Anthoney Fernandez scored six goals in a match against Southwest.
As Assistant SID, he helped the football team gain national media attention on ESPN and ESPN 2 when
the Indians upset the defending national champion East Mississippi Lions, 24-23, on a 43-yard field
goal by Tyler Jackson.
